ABOUT PENSTAR

Penstar was created specifically to service companies that have logos and images suitable for use in jewellery as brand extension products. Our services can be divided into two main categories - production and marketing.

Production- Penstar is a jewellery manufacturer specialising in creating innovative jewellery that features suitable iconic images and well known brand logos. The pre-production stage is the most important because jewellery must not only appeal to the clients targeted market segments, but also represent the brand in a way that enhances its image and supports its positioning. These are Penstar's most important challenges before the manufacturing process begins. Suitable jewellery is then manufactured in Australia by Penstar, with some processes in the design and prototyping stage outsourced to specialists in Australia an the US.

Marketing - Producing quality jewellery that meets consumer and client requirements is just the starting point. Pro-active marketing strategies are developed for each brand so that the branded jewellery is promoted directly to the target market to achieve widespread awareness and consistent, growing sales.

History

Briefly operating as "Jewel House Creations" a name change was desirable because our vision has changed after identifying opportunities for jewellery in the brand extension market. After much searching and considering ideas for a new business name, Penstar was decided upon, but the use of this name depended on the acquisition of the domain name penstar.com to closely match our online presence and company name (Penstar Creations Pty Ltd). Thankfully, an agreement was reached to acquire penstar.com to use in conjunction with penstar.com.au. Our main focus is now on securing merchandise licensing agreements with companies, or their official licensing agents, to produce and market jewelry that features their brand logos.

Marketing Director

Penstar's marketing director Paul Williams, has a graduate degree in marketing from Monash University (Melbourne, Australia) and combined with his jewelry manufacturing knowledge, presents innovative ideas that can take brand licensing in a new direction for suitable companies.
